Loan Forgiveness Requests

  • We are aware that the Federal Government is now allowing certain loan forgiveness documents to be sent to us electronically. To assist in alleviating some of the delay in processing time, we are providing you with our EIN. Please use the following EIN when requesting your PSLF to be completed electronically: 636000945. Additionally, all electronic requests for loan forgiveness should be sent to humanresources@jefcoed.com for processing. When we receive a request with an incorrect EIN, we do not have the option of correcting it. This delays the time in which your documents are processed. 
     
    If you worked for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½app County Schools and have had a break in service (Example: 2004-2005 Teacher at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½app County Schools, 2005-2008 Teacher at Shelby County Schools, 2008-current Teacher at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½app County Schools), we believe you will need to submit more than one request. The current system will not allow us to indicate the two separate employment histories on the same form. 
     
    If you choose not to use the PSLF electronic tool, we will be happy to process a paper document on your behalf and mail it to the appropriate location.
